It consists of solar collector boxes, circulation pipe line, recycling blower and biogas tank. Tank periphery is Set with insulation layer, PVC geothermal pipe embedded inside the tank inner wall as heat circulation line, fan power circulates solar heat air into the tank constantly to increse the biogas slurry temperature. Even in northern winter, it can also ensure the necessary fermentation temperature for normal biogas producing. Most important, it uses dry fermentation, which produces gas rapidly and plentifully. Reloaded materials can be used again after a fermentation cycle. As convenient as coal gas tank, it’s clear and environmental protective. The discharged dregs are excellent organic manures of which efficiency is twice times of common manures,and it can be dried for compound fertilizer sales after bagged, be made into forage for livestock feeding. It can be used throughout the year for bathing, lighting, cooking, heating, and so on, with Small-scaled area and low cost.
